Grom i used both my russel hobs liquidiser and braun hand blender. Both did the job well.
I told everyone that i was having a bypas as i find it very hard to deviate from the truth. Everyone i know has been so supportive family, friends and collegues etc. You need to do what you feel comfortable with but for me personally people new i struggled with my weight and having been recommendd for the bypass was like hey its not just me the dr said the only way i am going to loose weight and keep it off is if i do this.
When you find out which pre op you are doing make it your friend its the start of your new life.

I'm probably not the best person to ask as I am going privately, so my consultation was really just a chance to chat to the surgeon about the procedures and ask him any questions.

You would be better to start a new thread as there are loads of lovely people on here who would be very glad to give you some really helpful advice.
