i started weighing and measureing myself in april when i started my pre op diet since then i have lost 3 stone 9 pound and a total of 70 inches

I'm glad you clarified that because I originally wondered how the hell you lost 70" from you waist. I'm the width of a Mini Cooper and if I lost 70" from my waist then I'd be into negative numbers!

All I can say is that I hope you're as proud of yourself as you should be! Huge achievement.
