3 months today since my op, 3 stone since op and 4 stone 3lb since June pre op.
Sophia I dont know how you have nearly lost 8 stone, that is sooo incredible, please tell me your secret !

That isn't all since the operation. I have lost 5st 5.5lbs since the op which was just over 3 months ago. I was very heavy to start with that's my only secret
You are doing phenomenal. So is everyone! I think it is allowed that we are all proud of ourselves xx
