I have sleep ap but they dealt with it for me and tbh it made things easier for me and a major difference health wise and put and end to constant headaches ect. Takes a couple of nights to get used to but stick with it really is worth it.
I too have it and love my CPAP machine which i have had for over a year. Have been upset this week because it wasn't working as I had lost weight on my face so nose pillow was leaking air. New larger pillow arrived today so looking forward to a good night's sleep, the first in over a week!
I had no probs getting used to it as it was so comfortable, and the benefits were enormous. What level of sleep apnoea have you been diagnosed with? Mine was moderate and waking 25 times a night.
