Hi wildchild, no i filled in the quote form and they emailed me back stating i initially seem to be suitable and gave me the prices. I was then able to get them to call me in the evening after work so i cud ask any questions and then i filled out the full medical questionaire which dr fried reviewed and approved me for surgery. They are really helpful and professional, they hv a video on youtube which tells u all about them and gives u a tour of their facilities which was spotless
