My band fill is not until 22nd March!!! I am pretty much eating normal well chewed food now... Where are you up to? I am not weighing myself as it was depressing me but my clothes are getting bigger!
I'm up to normal food now but I kind of like the recipes I discovered when on mush - lentil Dahl and Mung bean casserole to be precise - so I'm still eating those regularly. I take soup into work too.
The small losses are crap - I can only put it down to lack of exercise (for me) as I'm under 1000 cals a day.
Roll on fill day to see if that makes any difference!
