Low sugar yogurts?

Not all bypassers "dump" people and of those that do it's usually only on a handful of things that are easily avoided. I'm unfortunate or as I try to look at it, fortunate, in that I dump on lots of things that are probably best avoided anyways.. It's a great deterrent. Things may improve the further out I get.

Hi all my provider has said low sugar yogurt (I'm on purree stage post bypass) can anyone suggest what make of yogurt, I can find loads of fat free and low fat but none that say low sugar?

Hiya hun. I am 6 month post opp. And I always use the petits filous the small tubs. They full of vitamins and calcium

My provider recommends the Irish diet yoghurts. They taste really good and no added sugar.
