Hi Liz I am happy to say my beechams powders seem to have chased my man flu to the hills. No sneezes today.....does help that I get regular flu jab.....hope your feeling better and that your OH is waiting on you hand and foot lol...xx

thats good then, i havent had a flu jab, but my hubby gets off gp as he has asthma, im not entitled to a jab, ill have to find out where i can pay for one.
Liz most chemist will do it for around £12 boots will probably be the best bet, I noticed the other day the chemist at morrisons are also offering them. I get them free as had bad bronchitis as a child and if I get a cold I panic in case it goes to my chest as I really struggle to breath. I think its well worth having....xx
my gp just does an flu jab clinic and anyone who wants one can have one. It really well organised its in sleve up prick sign the form and out all within 2 mins. Got to admit i wouldnt be without it now after having flu 5 years ago teally thought i was dying.
