milk diet

hi everyone this is my first time on here was wondering if you all could advise me on the best yogurts to use on milk diet as i start it on tuesday for 10 days have my operation on 6 august at sunderland xxx

thankyou for your reply im not a great lover of yogurts the only ones i like are weight watchers dessert yogurts do you think they will be ok thanks xx

muller lights

HI Alison. I'm having my surgery at Sunderland on 10/8 so probably you'll just have gone home as I come in (I come in on the 9th)

I spoke to Maureen the dietician yesterday on the phone. She said any diet yoghurts are fine. I asked about the Muller Light ones with chocolate bits and she said yes them too.

Don't know if you've tried them but I really like them and like you I'm a bit fussy about yoghurt.

The orange and cherry ones are really nice.

All the best with the milk diet and the surgery. You never know, we may just bump into each other.

thanks for advice charis will try them i go for my pre op on wednesday 1 30 im so worried that they refuse to do my operation cant sleep for worrying
