Thanks everyone... Was depressed about not seeing the numbers fall on the scale, but seeing it in my clothes. It is nit 2 weeks yet so I suppose I must be patient..


Yes the house is an old Victorian and been converted to flats. Ceilings VERY high, hell to get rid of cob webs and changing light bulbs is tough!! But I do like it here

It looks lovely ... I love high ceilings before you know it, going up & down ladders to change light bulbs etc will be something you don't even think about ... its fab being able to use stepladders and anything else with a weight limit, without even having to check ... xxx

@Twinkle Twinkle.. Thanks, but not so sure about up and down the ladders lol.. remember I am 62 years old !! Maybe I should look for a younger model to do those things for me.. Anyone know of a nice young handsome man ??? lol

Well I am now 3 months post op and 16 kgs down .. 35 lbs or 2.7 stone.
It has been quite slow but I cant believe that I am in the 13 stone bracket. I have not been here since I was 13 years old !!
