Absolutely, as long as weather stays OK. That M6 is bad enough at the best of times.

Well just have had my check up at Heartlands.. 10.5 months post op.

I have lost 57.2kgs, or 9st, or 126 lbs.
I have lost 98% of my excess weight
my BMI is 25.7

I am .7 off being NORMAL...

What a roller coast ride it has been !

Sophie, you have always been my inspiration during this last year, and you have done so so so well yourself. Our journey has been much of a muchness.. I am so pleased that I had you along with me on the way, not only were you a great WLS buddie, but you are a great friend.
