Mouth Ulcers

I have yet another mouth ulcer which is a pain. I seem to get loads of them lately. I spoke to the hospital today for my six month check up (more on that later) and they reckon I need to change my vitamins.

Does anyone else suffer from mouth ulcers, and has it got worse since surgery. Any cures? Or any reasons why I might be getting them so often.

I found this - STEP 35: Check out this list of deficiency symptoms to see if you are lacking in some nutrients and while I can't vouch for it's accuracy, it points towards a couple of different vitamins and minerals, the most interesting being zinc, which post oppers regularly need topping up.

It might be worth trying to get a decent liquid zinc prescribed, like zincasol.

i do sometimes know you can get ulcers when your run down and v stressed im not sure if you are as there s no mention but i hope they clear soon!! nothing worse! x
