The comments are amazingly one sided-and not to mention ignorant. Now and again I feel bad that I haven't told anyone about my surgery but this reminds me why I didn't. It truly is a precious gift, but no way an easy option. I work my butt off for every pound now and had to use my will power even in the early days.
