I'm really glad your doing so well and successfully losing, heading towards whatever target you have set yourself

I have no regrets, not even that I should have done it earlier......I wasn't ready and my head certainly wasn't.

Just Sooooooooo glad I've done it now and I'm going to make the most of this fabulous new life I've now been blessed with
