Hi All

Hope you all had a fantastic xmas. I did but was very busy especially with trying to train the puppy!!

Bit disappointed that I haven't lost any weight but at least I haven't put any on and brings it home to me that I have to get on with it in the New Year and go back to basics. Walking Alfie will help but I deffo need to get back to the gym too to get it moving again.

Just wanted to say thank you all for all your support in 2008 and I wish you all a Very Happy New Year and here's to a slimmer 2009.

Thanks Ali, long time no hear hope your doing well hun and your brother isn't driving you too mad. Alfie is such a sweetie but it is very frustrating at times bless him, only natural really. Lets hope this time next year we will be where we want to be, thanks for your support xxxx

Back to work tomorrow, well working from home so not too bad, a gentle break in as I know this time next week it will be hectic.

Sorry not been around much lately but just been so hectic at work and then with having Alfie (the pup) its been hectic at home too but all good.

Just a quick update for those of you that know me, I had my checkup today, everything is fine and I have now lost 6stone 8lb so getting there now.

Great work. You should be very proud of your losses. The fact that your BMI has fallen so much is fantastic, you just added years to your life. Forget what is still left and celebrate that you are no longer morbidly obese!!!
