breakfast:
1 shredded wheat and 1/3 pint ss milk, split between cerial and a cup of tea with candarel

Lunch: 2 egg omelette, 100g lean fillet steak, salad and tomato, (1tsp olive oil)

mid afternoon snack: banana

dinner:chicken breast, 4 new potatoes, 3 tbsp mixed veg and light mayo,

snack: 3tbsp tinned pears, small milkshake (ss milk)
