Just started using this to keep track, is there anyway I can set this to give me total protein for the day, using iPhone version?
 
Yes from home screen click on daily tab and each food input will then start to add up on there. If you want to amend target amount tho you have to go on pc!
 
Ahhh thank you, never realised there was sugar in semi skimmed before, have managed to go over my allowance it says I should only have 24 and I've had 67, mainly due to the three glasses that was recommended by hosp diet sheet, especially concerned about these numbers as diabetic, can anyone advise
 
Stop! 67 is wicked ! You want your protein that high!
 
That's a shame, the milk was easy to get down, any ideas what I should have instead for my "snacks" I'm only on day 5
 
I'd say the milk is fine and stick with it!
 
i didnt realise there was sugar in skimmed milk either!!
