Woo hooo Sharon. I'm impressed with your step count today. I'm struggling to get past 4000 lol. But hey I sit at a desk on my bum all day

wtg Sharon 33000 steps is amazing ......... i love getting my weekly reports ............... all mine recently have been down on the previous week lol ooops need to get back to walking or i'll never make John o Groats by crimbo :)

Well it's the countdown...2 weeks today I shall be banded!! :)

I'm so excited about it, I have the pre op on Monday and time to part with the money to get it done! (Best money ever spent and that's before the op as it has really kicked me into the zone to get healthy and took the steps prior to op to give me the best possible chance!!)

I hope everyone else is doing good and enjoying their weekend!

I was working today but off Sunday Monday so happy days!! :)

Xxx

Hey, whoop whoop managed 5 k steps! Don't know how I will get to the recommended 10k

We have a static. Finding it hard down at the van this weekend. Don't start my pre op diet till Wednesday but been dong low carb since Monday. This weekend decided to buy a bottle of Prosecco, my tipple, as can't have bubbles after the op. Not stuck to my diet very well for the past two days but defo very aware of not pigging out. Hubby just tossed over a square of fruit and nut for my wee Velcro dog who is stuck to my lap. so had to bite out any raisins (toxic to dogs). Just had some peanuts with my wine :-( Starting back on low carb tomorrow in prep for pre op diet Wednesday

SHARON, you are such a rock, your on the same journey time as me but doing amazing!

TUESDAY is pre op

Feeling surprisingly calm today....

There are a few of us due our Ops this month

Good luck girls

Thanks love!! :)

Enjoy the Prosecco as you said you wont have the opportunity in the near future anyway!! :)

I knew the raisins were toxic for wee dogs, but im sure chocolate is as well? xx

There does seem to be a lot of us with ops the next couple of week! be great to read everyones progress as we go along and keep each other motivated!! xx

How much are you aiming to lose love? Im hoping the more the better but ideally in clothes id love to get to a 10/12 as im not tall so although it will take a while i think that maybe a good weight, but in the meantime im gonna go stone by stone!! xx

Sharon my heaviest weight was 16.4. I was 15 st 5 1/2lbs last Monday when I was accepted for surgery.

After doing an extreme low carb plan since Monday (aitkens phase 1) I was down to 14.13lbs on Friday. I'm 5ft 4" and would dearly like to get to 9 stone my ideal weight is somewhere between 8.10 and 10 .3. Realistically if I could reach 10 st I would be delighted

I am planning to get back on track tomorrow and would love to get down to 14.7 before my surgery

So since seeing the surgeon I am looking to loose 6 stone

Not too bad when you say it quickly!

I am just time warping past the op to my end result in my mind...

If anything the last two days has convinced me I am doing the right thing getting the op...having worked so hard to get past the low carb pain, I go and blow it again at the weekend.

I am hoping to get a degree of freedom from the lure of food. Food cannot be the cornerstone of my life anymore, my stomache just won't take it

That's a good attitude to have!!! I also think realistic amount to lose!!! Anything for me but in weight terms around 9-10stone...not sure if that's the same as size 10 but gonna see what looks better first lol

I was sitting yesterday and friend mentioned getting a Chinese and I can honestly say I wasn't that bothered... Normally I'd start saying oh I'd love one in my head but my mind has changed so I'm hoping this will help my band be successful! I'm not saying always be like this but for now it's working xx

Lovely news.. Wish u all the best.. Keep us up to date as it gives us so much inspiration especially to us pre-oppers..
Look forward to hearing how it all went...
Good luck x
