Due to the milk diet really upsetting my tum my dietitian has changed me onto the soup and yoghurt diet! Never thought I'd be so excited about the prospect of soup! Lol )
I tell you! I think this is why I am not feeling to bad on the diet. I do miss chewing but on having the taste of "real food" really helps me get through.
