Hi well done on what you have done so far.
I'm new on here too but post opp. I know this may sound silly but I know you have to have protein. But how does not having the right amount stop you loosing weight?

Hi thanks for replying - im not sure about the science of protein but i have read loads about how not meeting your protein and fluid targets can hinder your progress. I think it might be true cos i have increased both of these and guess what the weight has started shifting again. YIPPEE
