I am pretty new to this site as well although not new to dieting for sure.

Just want to wish you luck with your surgery. weight watchers is great for me, great support from the classes and this site is great to turn to when you really need some quick pick me ups on a bad day.

Thank you for your kind welcome. I do feel good with weight watchers but I can't help but feel like it is a temporary fix. I didn't get fat in 6 months so a diet feels like it is too short term to really work, if that makes any kind of sense.
