Hi.

Can you let me know what the criteria is to have surgery in Blackpool? My GP won't even refer me to a surgeon (I'm in Kent). I'm originally from Blackpool, moved 8 years ago, and would be tempted to move back and live with my family if they were more lenient than my area.
