Yeay for Emma!!! Thank goodness it's working!! It does take time doesn't it! Great news am delighted for you!! It's starting to kick in with me too getting my 3rd fill in 2 weeks so I'll be 5.5ccs but am starting to feel a bit of restriction!! Great news altogether!!

it's ridiculous what I'm full on now, just ate my tea, had about 4 button mushrooms, two mouthfuls of spinach, and half a pork chop and I'm done!
