one of the nurses where I had mine done had had a band and she didnt have a fill for the first 12 months. I on the other hand had a fill (4mls) 4weeks after the op.Weird isnt it

I have my fill on Saturday and am really pleased as i have not restriction at all at the moment. Although I know that I don't have anything in my band.

I watched a video on YouTube of people having fills - it looks kinda wierd. Thankfully having a baby got me over my needle phobia pretty quickly.

Anything that helps me lose weight - bring it on - although be nice not to have too many needles ..
