Not coping. OT. A bit. slightly On T. I dunno.

Shelbel TESCOS ON LINE!!! you know it makes sense. Have you thought about those weekly organic deliveries too ? You know whats best and what has to be done, but there are corners you can cut. Make a fuss about the parking at school that's not on! it really isn't. My school operates a name and same policy in the news letter and the Reg No. gets printed, I'll bet you, it's the same offenders most days too.

If it's too much to ask to do the whole run, would it not still be possible to ask some one (or various someones) to do the walking bit in and out, that would shave off an hours hanging around every day for you. Even if you don't need it now it migt be a good thing to get in place for later on. People love to help you know, it gives us a chance to feel good about ourselves, why deny us the opportunity by not asking!! (tongue firmly in cheek here)

Back ache... Corsettry! I know it's a bit old fashioned but a preganacy support was a big help to me ~I pubis syphosis last time. It's nearly the end of the first trimester and your hormones will settle, just remember everything is tempory

Oh and joint ace do patches that smell herby and may be worth investigating

Glad you're feeling a bit better today
Love and hugs

Hi shellbel, Arnica is all natural and safe to use in pregnancy, I used it throughout both my pregnancies. It is a a natural painkiller and comes in the form of tablets and cream available from the herbalist. Also available in a bath soak and topical gel from QVC the shopping channel made by a company called SBC (simplybeautifulcosmetics). I found the topical gel excellent to smooth on all areas effected by pain and swelling. Google it to get more info x Hope this helps x x xTake care x x

Hi Shel, glad you are feeling a little better today. As others have said - the first trimester of preg. is horrible. Exhausting, hormones in overdrive, sicky etc. I really sympathise that it must be very difficult with your conditions that you suffer from. I think that you are a very brave and determined lady - however, try to look after you as the others have said. x

oooh gosh so many suggestions :)

iinklii I try and remember to do the shopping online once or twice a month to reduce the efforts, my only problem is I find i spend more. i shop in the reduced section and know when all the supermarkets do their knock downs lol.

I've complained to the school already, they aren't interested as they don't own the car park. I complained to my local MP, who contacted the bod in the council who said they would get warning signs put up and arrange for the area to be covered by wardens. Still waiting for that to happen! Will chase them up.

Will look at the bump supports online, thanks for the suggestion. Would they help with it being my upper back though do you think?

Jinkles will look at the arnica thanks. I didn't know they helped with pain, have always just used them for bruising.

Quet, I'm trying to :) hubbys been nagging me to write some letters for him, put my foot down last night and told him to do them himself. Then went to bed :)

Today has been better, I stubbornly used my posh comfy chair both at my desk and when using the shared office PCs, instead of swapping to the cheap nasty seats at the computer desks. Managed to stay in the office for nearly 4 hours with only a niggly ache by the end instead of full blown pain which I had been getting.

Hi Shell - glad you have had a better day as i said before just look after yourself and be kind to yourself.

Sending hugs with fairy dust to keep you well and chilled
