Oh No I fainted

Hi to my wonderful support your all amazing thanks, well phoned the dietitian and she not in until Monday so I decided to have some milky porridge for my breaky and I will have it for lunch too as it releases slow into my system I'm just so scared that i will pass out again as I'm not feeling 100% today so until I speak to her on Monday I'm going to have porridge for breaky dinner and then my veg for tea and a pint of milk 2 pieces of fruit late supper hopefully that will even everything back out. xxxxxxx
