:D Packed and ready to go!! Fabulous!. I have my pre-op on Monday at Fylde Hospital on St Walburgas, they said i should get my hospital date then. I want to ask them why i have never had a choise. I don't want it to seem like i am complaining, i couldn't be more happy. But everything i have read about (mr Ammori) is excellent. He seems to do a slightly different op to the other surgeons (read some of Phatgirls threads). When i went to Dr News clinic they told me it would be Mr Ammori that was going to do the surgery.... but i dont want to sound ungrateful?!?! Do you know what i mean??? I feel awful because i am sure Mr Macadam is wonderful. Also someone said that there is a shorter waiting time with Mr Macadam?? I am hoping to find out moreon monday.
Its not cheeky asking for a cancelation, i am going to say that too - i am self-employed so time of work is not a problem, just give me 10 minutes notice and i am there!:D:D:D What are we like!!

My surgery is a week before my birthday so i think i'll blag all my hospital necesities as presents ha ha. Glad you got through to Louise GM don't know if she told you but Mr Ammori is on hol the last two weeks in July hence the reason for my Aug date. When i saw him 10 days ago at my consultation i told him he had quite a fan club going. He seemed really pleased if not a bit embarrased and to think i had never heard of him 2 months ago. Keep us posted on how it all goes xx

Congratulations Gail Michelle hope everything goes well for you.
Julia I found the contact details for my pct on the local nhs website under exceptional cases administrator. There is an address phone number and e mail. I emails over the weekend to see if they had considered my case and I received one back today to say it is going before the panel on the 12th June.

Mr AMMORI Fan club

Hi Sue, I would ask if I was you if you can have mr ammori but I think they are all as equal as each other. and at the end of the day you will be a slim jim in the end anyway. I didnt know that they do the pre op at st walburgas? I wander if I have mine there. Gail Michelle:p:p:p:p:p:p:p
