OMG!!!!! 3mile stones

Hey everyone

Can't help but tell everyone this week I lost 4lbs but I also hit 3 mile stones, iv now lost 100lbs, iv hit over 7st loss but also iv waved good bye to the 30s and hello to the 20s all it be 29st 12lbs it's the best feeling ever to know that I will never ever be in the 30s again

Thank u all I just can't stop smiling today, so today as a treat with my bf we have been to the pics and am about I have a Chinese, well some chicken n sweetcorn soup n a bit of egg foo young am so excited...... Gone are the days of stuffing in it n now it's days of enjoying my food n my life xxx
