Hi all,

How would you describe the way your life has changed. No pressure even a word, sentence or if you fill like saying more I would appreciate it. It can be about anything..

It's the little things that I wasn't expecting that I'm enjoying at the moment. Being able to bend over and weed the gravel. Being able to park in a normal space and still be able to get out of the car. Being able to clean skirting boards and pick up lego. Sitting on the beach and not feeling I'd need the emergency services to get me up again. Sorry, I've used six sentences.

I can walk down the street now and see the world rather than staring at the pavement due to my anxiety. We all deserve a chance and my sleeve gave me more than that.
