I started walking pretty shariah after the op like literally a couple of days but anything more than that I had to wait 6 weeks x

I had a bypass so may be different but to start with it was 300 to 500cals now 10 weeks on its 800 to 1200hope this helps x

Oh my giddy aunt NEXT WEEK oh heck not sure whether to laugh cry or pack a bag lol still don't know the date waiting for another call also started the preop diet immediately no last meal for me boooo xx

Hve you decided yet whether you're going to have the sleeve or bypass? I've opted for the bypass as I have a lot to lose and want to lose it as quick as possible. I'm not getting any younger and desperately want a family. At the moment, I don't think my body would cope with pregnancy.

Sorry I meant 30/05/13 I started the process in March 2012. I'm have a sleeve although still may change my mind I've been 70%sleeve thru-out are you at derby too?

Thanks Cat I don't think il be doing much sleeping till then. I'm slightly worried about only doing the pre op diet for what could be 4-6 days. Plus no pre op at hospital but I guess they know what they are doing... I get transport too and from Chester too xxThat is brilliant news
Arr ur nearly there Badgerpink I know how u feel I didn't sleep much either on the lead up to my op! Hopefully it won't be too much longer it will be so worth it! I had a wobbly few weeks at the beginning but that is all a distant memory now and I know I've made the right decision and feel great! X

Had my last minute pre-op to go with my last minute op date and it's Wednesday oh my days hahaha so excited x

Nope not at all ordered some new pjs they came today and I bought a load of pants ages ago... That's all. I really do do everything at the last minute. I don't know why. When I had my 16 year old I packed my hospital bag at 12 weeks haha iv Defo become more relaxed as iv got older... To be honest I'm stressing more about not getting the house we want. My hubby has to do the viewing application all on his own on Thursday. He had his orders to wear a suit lol xx

You will be fine, you've been sticking to a low fat diet for a while anyway. Good job they provide transport, I didn't sleep much once I got my date, scared, excited, loads of what if's... All normal stuff that we all go through. Now I'm so glad I had the op, and the support you get on here really does keep you going. xx
