north tyneside will not do it if you smoke, and to be honest i think its right nobody should be given a surgery for health reasons if people are still smoking ,,this surgery is for your health and smoking is equally as bad, i was a smoker on 25 a day and gave it up with a struggle so i know how bad it is xxxxx
