open surgery

Does anyone know if it is always the case for open surgery if you've had any operations on your stomach previously, i've had two emergency c sections and last year had double umbillical hernia operation so possibly might be scarring in there or do you think i might get away with the five insertions

I have had 3 ops before - fallopian tube removed following ectopic pregnancy and 2 c-sections. The docs know about this, and have not said I'll need anything different to the keyhole.
