Hi All,

Just wonder if anyone can help.

I'm hopefully going away for a few day at the end of next week. I'll be sharing a hotel room with my daughter (poor girl). My snoring could wake the dead lol.

I thought of those strips you put across your nose that are meant to help. I don't want to go out and spend never £5 on them if they don't work.

Any suggestion?

Thanks

Hi

I buy them in bulk for my other half, its either that or there would be a murder in the middle of night. I would definately recommend giving them a try x

Thanks will definatly give them a go.

Is OH using the Breathe Right ones? I was on Boots website and they do their own brand.

They never worked for my DH but he had apnoea and we didn't know it at the time. The mouth guards did help him more.

Yeah they are ok and earplugs for your daughter! When I go in hospital I always warn fellow patients that I snore for Liverpool!Goes when I lose about 3st though!

My hubby snores like a trooper and we tried them with no success. The best thing we came up with is me wearing ear plugs - the wax ones from boots are good, nice and comfy!

xx

I used to use the wax ear plugs as well. They do work wonders.

LOL, she's got her ear plugs.

My snoring is weight related. I never snored till I went over 18st . I sometimes wake myself up its so loud lol.

That is one thing I'm dreading when I go into hospital for my bypass, keeping everyone awake with my snoring.

I saw something like that on the Boots website, but wondered if it would clash with my meds.
