I seem to have fits and bursts at the moment.
I weighed myself this morning and I had lost 7lbs since Saturday. I moved the scales and recalibrated, sure enough, was the same!
Now I put my jeans on and, sure enough, there's certainly more room in them!
Now I've heard that when you're cold, I've been at my girlfriends for a few days with no central heating, your body uses more calories keeping itself warm!
Just seems a lot to lose in 2 days!
