Peckish AND lazy?

At the soft food stage? Can't be bothered to make anything but have a little space to fill?

I was given these suggestions by a nutriotionist...

have a spoonful of peanut butter (smooth)
have a spoonful of hummus
have a mini babybel (light)

It does fill a gap!
I went to the cinema last night and took with me 2 babybels (well, a copy of babybels) and a bottle of water (M&S next door!). I didn't crave anything. And I saved a lot of money!

If you have any quick-fix ideas, please post below.
