Sweet salt popcorn @130cals is my go to snack food since I've had my band and even when my band was a little too tight I never had any issues with popcorn.
Good to hear it's not out of the question. I have a big bag of salted popcorn that I bought because it's low GI. Was supposed to be a multi pack of standard sized packs but tesco delivery messed up - typical!
