I knew you would tell me off haha! I am not sure with the narrowing? But I see the dietician next week, I haven't a clue what to even start with on normal food!

They didn't tell you when to move on? As soon as you can get off soft food. Cook yourself chicken and veg. Bet you won't be able to eat that much.

I am going to try it tomorrow! Nothing ventured..! I have been on soft for nearly 3weeks so I have to move on at some point!
