I also am on the torpedo`s Forceval I also get calcichew lemon flavour as well they just dissolve on your tongue. You can buy calcichew over the counter at £7.25 for a large tub or you can get them on script too!! they are quite yummy a bit like love hearts lol

Just wanted to say that it is recommended that you take all the vits and suppliments for life as regular blood tests do not often show up a problem until it is too late to merely correct by taking a tablet. This is moreso for women than men because of things like osteoporosis etc. Also, you need super strength vitamins as we do not absorb all the goodness from them, if we take a normal one we are less likely to get what we need out of it. I think the part of the bowel that absorbs the nutrients/vits has been bypassed.
