Day 23 (18 May)... I made it !
The final day of my pre-op diet !!

3 coffees
3 SF jellies
3 pears
2 mugs chicken stock
handful of prawns, steamed in lime juice and black pepper
cold chicken salad
NAS squash

(includes what I'm planning to have before I leave for the hospital as well as what I've consumed by lunchtime)
