I'm actually lost for words with this one...
All I will say is this..anybody who's pre-op and doing the pre-op diet and finding it tough or cheats on it.
Just wait till after you've had surgery...thats what you call tough!!!.
The pre-op diet is easy compared to how your able to eat after surgery..
