Pre-Op Diet

Does anyone know how much 'bovril' we can have on our pre-op diet?

Its the only hot drink I like as I don't like tea or coffee & everyone is telling me to drink plenty of hot drinks 'cos I got a cold.

I suppose I could drink milk from my allowance, warmed up!
