Found a great way of making yogurts into more of an 'eating' thing.
Mix a packet of NAS strawberry jelly with about 1/4 pint of boiling water, whisk it up as this gives the bubbly mouse like texture when finished. Wait for it to cool then fold in a big tub of fat free plain yogurt, I added a bit of sweetener. Put in a containers and refrigerate.
With another large tub of yogurt add sweetener and vanilla essence to taste, then freeze.
