NAS juice

is slimfast the best protein shake?

I admire your planning technique. I may have to take a leaf out of your book coz I can't pretend that I'm nit writing down all the ideas that you have been given

you guys may benifit from some protein powder. i bout the sanatagen one from boots and used to add it to coffee, you could also add it to your cooking too.

If any of u have a B and M they are selling promax protein powder for £10 a tub, it's normally twice that price, I have been told to add powder to smoothies etc to boost protein intake so am defo going to be stocking up on some of that.

I also recommend Tesco's own version of slim fast, it is called ultra slim and if u buy the ready mixed cartons it tastes like a really fruity strawberry shake with no bitter powdery after taste

My op is in 6 weeks now, have bought most of the things for my hospital bag today, am getting excited about getting on that road to loserville

We have one in Morley and I think it stands for Bargin Madness. Haven't been there for ages - I can feel a shopping trip coming on. lol.

Dying to try the runny egg custard off her website too once I can stand a longer session in the kitchen.

I am so pleased I stocked up and cooked and froze my little pots now. Has made life so much easier.
