I'm up for 31st January @ poachers all being well after op. Are you ok to drive atfer bypass or are you advised to wait a while?

I was advised 10 days. I asked why this was and Mr A said you can to be sure you could do an emergency stop without the pain stopping you. I have had no pain whatsoever so might try a few days earlier.

grom i would check with yr insurance company first. Mine said 10 days and if i were to drive before then and have a crash my insurance would be void.
Better be safe than sorry

Mintball - I know Charliegirl initiated this meet and as such I guess it needs to be her shout but it would be good for me to have a bloke to chat to amidst all the girlie goss lol.

I doubt anyone will mind, i've told him about the forum so he had people in the same boat to speak to but i mentioned the meet up and he said he might come along, I'm sure no-one will mind but thought I'd mention it first to make sure. Not 100% I'll be there yet cos its exactly 7 days after my op so we'll have to see how i amx x x

I bet you can't wait now for the op. I remember the week before mine and whilst it seemed so long off it soon came arround. I couldn't wait to sign the consent form to get on with it. Good luck and I hope you fit enough to make the meet.
