PROTEIN POWDERS???? HELP!

They have a lot of different kinds - Impact Whey Protein, Impact Whey Isolate, True Whey, Total Protein... Which one do you use?

I either go for impact whey or for mp whey as they have the best cals/carbs/fats ratio

I bought some (can't remember which one now) from them and absolutely hated it, just shows it takes all kinds, lol.

I found most horrid. I was advised by another very successful postoperative to get to grips with it so kept trying.

Ive been using gnc soy protein. U can make it with water or skimmed milk. It comes in some decent flavours. Good luck

H&B have the big tub of their whey powder for £19.99 instead of £44 or so, I saw today.

Also, Superdrug have the Slimfast powder on BOGOF.

A friend of mine has said click protein powders are really nice.
