I didn't think we were allowed to take ibuprofen & cocodomal, I may be wrong was told paracetamol only and liquid paracetamol for first 2 weeks after. Maybe check with your team really hope it all gets better soon x x

After doing some research i stopped taking ibuprofen. I had been taking them for many years so it was just force of habit. My bad. But my doc is happy for me to carry on with my cocodomal capsules. xxx

Yogurts, custard, beans and mash puréed was yummy , puréed veg fruit I went onto purée straight away and had mainly soup x
