Who the hell do they think they are talking to you like that in a busy pharmacy shop, if I were you I would let my GP know how they treated you and I would be phoning their head office to let them know too.
It is none of their business why you are having the liquid meds. and it is certainly not your fault that they are more expensive than the tabs.
Dont let them upset you but do complain bungle it is just not right, and I am so so sorry you have been put through this xxx

change ur pharmacy and put a complaint in, you pay ur taxes and entitled to have wot is prescribed, flaming cheeky twats they are. anyone would think the money is coming out of their personal flaming pockets. why ur having meds its none of the sodding business why ur taking it.........they are just the glorified"organ grinders" xx
