At goal at last.....
I can eat bread with no problems digesting it or bringing it back up but I don't have it often because it fills me up too much and doesn't leave any room for anything else and if I eat my protein first then there is not enough room for any bread. I haven't tried it for breakfast as I usually like to have some protein. I can't manage more than 1 slice at 7 months out so the only time I really have it is if I am at work and can't find a lunch solution - prets do a half sandwich which I can just about manage. I find the best bread to digest is the Burgen Soya.
