Just wanted to say hi and welcome, i have my seminar appointment this wednesday and cant wait ive had my appointment since the middle of January and it seems to have been an age to get here. But that is something we will have to get used to as its a very long process.

It does seem like an age when u think 18 months but I couldn't believe how fast it went by! You's will be getting ur ops before you know it xx

Hi Donna the seminar is pretty straight forward, its a group appointment, the surgeon talks about all the procedures done at srh, then the dietician talks about eating habbits after surgery, dumping, the 10 day pre op diet ect, then at the end post op patients talk about life after surgery, my friends nikki and karen will be there at your seminar, you will be given the chance to ask any questions at the end x

Thanks Liz, When i heard that my appointment was a group session i kinda panicked but from what everyones said on here it seems quite easy and friendly I'd like to maybe talk to Nikki and Karen on here before the day just so i will kinda know someone lol xx
