Just ordered myself one online to try & get my bingo wings sorted!!

Anyone else got/tried one?

My fella reckons he got summit I could use instead of one of these!!

I have two of these..I wouldn't know if they work(in terms of muscle building)..I am still to flabby around the bingo wings....but they do make your arm ache..... there is defiantly a knack to it...

It was £10.95 on eBay. Brand new with DVD & free p&p. Ordered it yesterday (Sunday) for delivery Tuesday.
